Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect confidential information disclosed between the parties.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" refers to any data or information that is proprietary to the Disclosing Party and not generally known to the public, including but not limited to documents, admission strategies, and admission information.
3. Obligations of Receiving Party
The Receiving Party agrees to:
a. Keep the Confidential Information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the Disclosing Party.
b. Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of self-academic enrichment.
c. Take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.
4. Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information.
